Calibration

 

As introduced at the home page, Errakal can calibrate all instruments by themselves or under supervision at other calibration facilities. In house Errakal has calibration facilities for:

 

Gas flow meters

Standard calibration takes place at a constant circuit temperature of 20 degrees Celsius with an uncertainty of smaller than ± 0,3 %. The circuits are suitable for standard flanges, see specifications calibration rigs in the top down menu.

 

Liquid flow meters

Standard calibration takes place at a constant circuit temperature of 20 degrees Celsius with an uncertainty of smaller than ± 0,1 %. The circuits are suitable for standard flanges, see specifications calibration rigs in the top down menu.

 

Pressure instruments

Standard calibration takes place at a constant room temperature of 21 degrees Celsius with pressure calibrators. The uncertainty is at least 3 times better then the equipment under test.

 

Temperatur instruments

Standard calibration takes place at a constant room temperature of 21 degrees Celsius with temperature wells and accurate Pt100 elements. The uncertainty is at least 3 times better then the equipment under test.

 

Electrical instruments

Standard calibration takes place at a constant room temperature of 21 degrees Celsius with different types of calibrators. The uncertainty is at least 3 times better then the equipment under test.

Research

 

The above mentioned flow calibration rigs are also suitable and used as research facility for test programs on flow meters. These research programs can be executed by Errakal experts or by the customer themself.
